It provides you with high-quality carbohydrates in a carbohydrate ratio of 2:1 of glucose and fructose sources. The liquid consistency of the gel is easy to swallow and doesn’t require you to drink immediately afterwards as with other gels. Ideal for runners or athletes who prefer a more liquid gel.

LEGAL DENOMINATION
Liquid concentrated carbohydrate gel for athletes with fruit juice concentrates, caffeine and sodium. Cherry flavour.
Ingredients
Water, maltodextrin, fruit juice concentrates (12%) (apple, sour cherry), fructose, salt, sodium citrate, acid (citric acid), natural cherry flavouring with other natural flavourings, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), stabiliser (xanthan gum), caffeine (0,07%).
Suggested usage
1-3 pouches/day. Consume as required 1 pouch in regular intervals during intense exercise.
High caffeine content (76 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women.
