Are you on the road again and looking for a natural snack to give you an energy boost? If yes, then the Natural Energy Cereal bar will help you recharge your batteries for your next adventure. It contains carbohydrates and helps to fulfil your increased energy needs. The bar is made with natural ingredients including whole grain rolled oats, fruit pieces and nuts; therefore, it is vegan friendly (ingredients vary depending on flavour).

Whole grain rolled OATS* (34%), invert sugar syrup, maltodextrin*, wholemeal crispies (11%) [wholemeal WHEAT flour*, rice flour*, sugar*, malted BARLEY flour*, malted WHEAT flour*, salt, rapeseed oil*, acidity regulator (calcium carbonate), emulsifier (lecithins (SOY))], candied cranberries* (9%) (sugar*, cranberries*, rice flour*, sunflower oil*), glucose syrup, coconut oil, strawberries* (3%), SOYbeans*, magnesium citrate, lemon juice concentrate*, apple juice concentrate*, salt, natural flavouring*, humectant (glycerol), acid (citric acid), emulsifier [lecithins (SOY)], vanilla extract*.

Suggested usage
Eat 1 bar 30-60 mins before exercise and/or 1 bar every 40-60 mins during exercise followed by water.
