Michelle’s Blunut Muffins
Michelle’s Sundays are reserved for her bike. That’s when she heads out onto the roads, the great outdoors and sometimes the mountains. Every Sunday? Before setting off this time, Michelle took a detour via the kitchen.
Energize Muffin variety: Chocolate
(clear blogger favourite!)
Blueberries (a classic)
1. Prepare the mixture as instructed.
2. Chop the walnuts to the size you like, and add to the mixture.
3. Carefully stir in the blueberries.
4. Bake according to the instructions.
5. Sprinkle the tops with icing sugar (insider tip!)
